Regular orders are generally shipped out within ONE (1) week of the date they are ordered. Please allow up to TWO (2) weeks to receive your order, especially around holidays. PRE-ORDERS are used for certain "events" like the release of a new issue. Each pre-order will have the planned ship date in the description of the item. Currently ALL USA orders are shipped using Priority Mail 3-Day™ Flat Rate Envelope. ALL International orders are shipped using Priority Mail International® Flat Rate Envelope, which INCLUDES A TRACKING NUMBER. Customers will be provided with a shipping notification.
In the coming weeks, we might begin offering an alternate shipping option for international orders using the First-Class Mail® International Large Envelope. This option would cut the shipping costs in half, HOWEVER, international orders will be tracked ONLY until they exit the US border. Once exported, we assume no liability for lost or damaged items, and can no longer track your package. (THIS IS FOR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, WHICH IS NOT CURRENTLY IN USE. We mention it here, hoping to gather some opinions on this option.) It's a cheaper option but, YOU would assume the risk in purchasing. We are happy to provide you with the customs number for your shipment, but THERE WOULD BE NO TRACKING if you picked this option.
International orders, please note your postal service may charge an additional customs fee upon delivery. We are unable to prevent this.

If the item you receive is not the one you ordered, you can return it to us and we will replace it with the correct item.
